no need to wait till this saturday, which is the end of option period :D. buyer exercised their option 2 days ago (tuesday)...so our next move is the 1st appointment with hdb in early april. and according to my agent, all transaction should be completed by mid may...i still have another half a month to rest before starting my night shift with baby :P

ohhh...think gotta start packing and shifting too....am not sure when to start, agent will advise.

just to keep everybody updated....we shortlisted 3 units yeah...
our first choice has just been sold...that unit is the same block as my in laws...unless there's new units coming out, we're left with 2 other units beside my in laws...i've been visiting the blocks recently, not that unit, but their neighbours....say e.g. the floor is 14th, i went to 'see see look look' at floor 13th and 15th with ian...check out the neighbours....to see if there's any O$P$ words, any newly painted wall, any cctv installed outside their main gate, religion...etc.

i learnt all this from the forum okie! i changed forum target liao!!! hardly visiting parenting-related forums, now is renotalk.com. been reading all horror experiences the owners gotta deal with when they engaged their ID or contractor...it's so new to me, but again, i'm info loaded...the more i read, the more i think whether i can handle if i encounter such situation. i myself encountered once...when my sk home kitchen was newly installed...my pantry door couldn't close properly, told the contractor, all they said is 'i can't do anything about it'...then i quiet liao....don't know how to fight...when job done, gave them the cheque and they left...

i read this forum and renovation blogs every night...lack of rest and now fall sick. shiny nose and tissues all over the table, still read, haha :P actually it's quite nice to see people posting out their renovation in progress photos...the before-during-after look...then can give us some ideas what we want to do with our new home next time.

gotta stop now...going to watch my favourite taiwanese show and continue reading forum...
