3 things can make me think and dream for nights....

1. when i suspect i'm pregnant with baby 3...and when there's no pregnancy test at home...then the whole night, my dreams were all about whether i'm pregnant. you know, my dreams can break into many parts....some parts says i'm pregnant, another part say i might be pregnant, then another part says false alarm.

2. when we start advertising our flat and knowing that our area is quite a hard to sell due to its location. i'll have dreams like people coming to my place, some don't like, some asked a lot of questions as if they're interested, then my dream switched to new scene again, some offered (this dream i like, but when i woke up, realised it's not true, very 'xian jit bua').

3. now....we made an offer to a bishan unit. we actually offered 20k below valuation. the waiting game is suffocating....coz the owner is a stewardess, don't know when willl she be back. her unit has not been advertised for a while...so we're not sure whether she's a serious seller. all i want to know is yes or no or let's meet up to negotiate. but there's no news from our agent...and i got all my possible answers from my dreams...think too much but can't do anything about it.

this week is ian's school term holiday. i intended to bring the boys to ikea and to visit a friend's place, but i couldn't go out alone with them coz am coughing quite badly, can't even go down to the park with them...just pushing their tricycle around the house already making me breathless. it's friday liao, almost end of holiday, feel so bad...

anyway, nathan kena from me...he's coughing too...can't be helped.

as for our flat...we'll have our 1st hdb appointment in early april :D. just had our flat inspected by a technical officer yesterday. the purpose of the inspection is to check for any unauthorised renovation works which may damage hdb property and affect the structural stability of the building. the appointment time is between 10am to 1pm, hdb technical officer came at 11am, walked around the house, switched on lights, opened the doors and cabinets...finished in less than 5 mins...then she said "ok, you can proceed with your 1st hdb appointment." (^^)

"orh...ok thanks. bye"

pray along with us ok...ideally, we hope to be able to move in before delivering. as my in laws place already packed...we actually may have to put baby to sleep at the living room with the confinement nanny. then i still wonder how the kitchen arrangement would be like. confinement nanny needs to cook for me, ah po also needs to cook for family.

my mom in laws was asking whether we can request to delay the new owner from moving in to our home...urh...ex-home, so that i can stay there during confinement month. uhmmm....jem and i disagreed because the new owner is a pregnant lady too, by the time she moves in, she'll into her 3rd trimester!!! husband always travel, poor her gotta do everything all by herself. moving, unpacking, renovating...all takes time and she's a first time mother leh!!!...many things to prepare and needs time to settle down. i remembered when she first viewed our unit, her husband wasn't around, she came with file, paper and pen, jotting down all the things about the condition of our home, any child care around the neighbourhood, bus stop numbers, amenities, schools...etc. we later found out that she has viewed 30-40 units all by herself and her agent. only during the 2nd viewing, her husband came along, just to confirm whether he likes it too and then signed agreement and cheque :P. capable yeah!!! she does everything all by herself...kow tow! kow tow!

i don't know about our side, all in the hands of God...見机行事吧！
